Compete against The Stig’s Digital Cousin in Forza Motorsport 5

Fans of the BBC automotive enthusiast show, “Top Gear” will get their chance to go up against The Stig’s Digital Cousin in “Forza Motorsport 5,” coming exclusively to Xbox One on Nov. 22. In an exclusive new video released today by BBC Worldwide, the tame racing driver’s digital counterpart can be seen clocking up some perfect lap times around a top secret test track facility. The digital cousin of “Top Gear’s” white-suited test driver will be present in the game, but unlike the real-life Stig, it’s rumored that the Stig’s first Digital Cousin will be able to be beaten, if only by the most paramount “Forza” drivers.

The presence of The Stig’s Digital Cousin in “Forza Motorsport 5” is one of the results of the ongoing partnership between “Forza Motorsport” and “Top Gear.” For the first time, all three of the series’ well-known hosts, Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond will be present in the game, providing their unique perspective on the collection of cars featured in the career mode events.

Creative Director of “Forza 5” Dan Greenawalt described the inclusion of The Stig’s Digital Cousin in the game as a “natural extension of that creative partnership.” Another example of “Top Gear” integration in “Forza 5” will be the “Top Gear” test track – every corner from Hammerhead to Gambon will be meticulously recreated for the ultimate driving experience for Top Gear fans.

Players can test their skills against the digital cousin of one of the world’s most celebrated racing icons, starting Nov. 22 with the release of “Forza Motorsport 5,” only on Xbox One.
