The Sprint Wraps – and the Halo 5: Guardians Multiplayer Beta is Around the Corner

It’s been a long, hard road, but the team over at 343 Industries has just about finished up the monumental work that’s gone into the Halo 5: Guardians Multiplayer Beta, which is right around the corner. The fifth and sixth episodes of our behind-the-scenes series “The Sprint – Making Halo 5: Guardians Multiplayer Beta” debuted earlier this week – and by now, you’ve seen the evolution of the “Truth” and “Regret” multiplayer maps, including last-minute balance changes, some extraordinary attention to detail, and a spot of friendly competition to celebrate the big milestone. It hasn’t been easy, but we hope you’ll agree that it was worth the effort!

Now that “The Sprint” has wrapped, it’s time to get properly pumped for the Halo 5: Guardians Multiplayer Beta, which runs from December 29 through January 18. Owners of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, will get the chance to try out “Truth,” “Regret,” and five other multiplayer maps, across three different game types. See how it all shaped up, and kick off the new year with the next evolution of Halo combat.
