Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Celebrates Fans by Remastering Their Tattoos at Comic-Con

San Diego Comic-Con 2015 was a busy one in the Gears of War universe. In its panel held in front of hundreds of fans, The Coalition shared how it’s completely re-creating cinematics in Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, and revealed an Xbox One bundle, shipping alongside the game late next month.

fans got to meet The Coalition team, and, of course, be among the first to experience multiplayer maps Process and Raven Down running in 1080p and 60 frames per second. A smaller, more select group had an even deeper experience they will take with them for the rest of their lives.

At the end of our E3 Gears Ink documentary, we invited fans to submit pictures of their own Gears of War tattoos for a chance at a remaster from renowned artist Steve Soto at San Diego Comic-con 2015. This video is the story of our winners.
