Kingdom and Black and White Bushido are Coming to ID@Xbox Soon

It’s been a great week for ID@Xbox. On Wednesday, we announced that Rockfish Games would be bring its exciting roguelike space shooter Everspace to Xbox One and Windows 10. Then, earlier today, we shared that Oxenfree, the first game from Night School Studio, would also be hitting both platforms. Now, we’re happy to keep this announcement train rolling with the reveal of two more ID@Xbox titles you can look forward to playing soon.

First up, there’s Kingdom, a beautiful 2D sidescrolling strategy/resource management hybrid that combines minimalism with a modern pixel art aesthetic. Playing the role of a king or queen, you’ll be able to enter a procedurally-generated realm, assert your will, then toss gold to peasants and turn them into your loyal subjects in order to make your kingdom flourish. All while atop your trusty steed! Protect your domain at night from the nefarious creatures looking to steal your riches (and, by extension, your power), then explore the mysterious forests nearby to discover curious and cryptic artifacts to aid your kingdom.

We’ve also got Black and White Bushido, the upcoming action game from Endemol Shine UK coming to Xbox One that looks like a wholly unique experience. Two opposing Ninja forces, one on the side of light and one battling for the dark, use their environmental advantages in a fast paced dance to the death. Both factions will be fighting for control of key areas which can either mask them in darkness or expose them in light. Black & White Bushido is a tactical brawler that offers 4-player local co-op player, ensuring you’ll be acting very un-ninjalike by screaming at your friends in your living room.

It’s been a great week, and you can be sure we’ll be bringing you more and more great ID@Xbox announcements in the coming weeks!
