New Battlefield 1 Trailer Shows Off Over-the-Top Vehicular Mayhem

The Battlefield series has always been known for its adrenaline-fueled blend of on-foot and vehicle-based combat, and it’s clear from the gameplay trailer released today that Battlefield 1 will be continuing that tradition in a big way. Showing off loads of in-game action straight from the frontlines, this trailer delivers with thrilling combat in the arid Sinai Desert map. The combat on this desert map looks fast and furious, with dogfighting planes duking it out in the air (and occasionally dropping bombs) while tanks, jeeps, and horseback-riding soldiers mix it up on the ground. The intensity is only increased once a sandstorm covers the area. Watch out for that train!

Looking forward to checking it out yourself? Well, you won’t have to wait long, as the Sinai Desert map is going to be playable in the Battlefield 1 Open Beta coming later this month. Sign up now!

Battlefield 1 will release on October 21 (or October 18 if you pre-order the Early Enlister Deluxe Edition). There will also be a Play First trial for EA Access members that will let you start playing on October 13! Are you ready for the dawn of all-out war?
