Xbox Live Gold Members: “Assassin’s Creed II” is Yours for Free Beginning Tomorrow

As announced last week, Ubisoft’s critically-acclaimed “Assassin’s Creed II”  is next up in the Xbox Live “Games with Gold” line-up and will be available as a free download for Xbox Live Gold members worldwide beginning tomorrow.*  Simply download the game directly on your Xbox 360 console or from the Marketplace so it automatically downloads to your Xbox next time you log on.

Normally  USD $19.99, “Assassin’s Creed II” is available for free download between July 16 and 31 and, like the other “Games with Gold” titles, it’s yours to keep forever. “Assassin’s Creed II” has a Metacritic score of 90 and received 27 E3 awards and nominations in 2010, including Spike TV’s “Best Action Adventure Game” award.
