You may already know about letskilldave.com, blog of David Weller the developer community manager, but another blog you may want to check out is the XNA team blog.  The first few posts are by Boyd Multerer, who is leading the XNA developer team.
Interesting fact: Boyd was the original developer on Xbox Live until he left to start up the XNA team.
