Phil Spencer to lead Xbox

Today it has been announced that Phil Spencer has been named the Head of Xbox.  He will be leading the Xbox, Xbox Live, and creative teams including Xbox Music, Xbox Video and Microsoft Studios. I've known Phil for a long time, and I am incredibly excited by this news and what it means for Xbox.
