GDC 2018 is just a few months away and Xbox is excited to be back with a full week of community events, including the first ever Gaming & Disability mixer for everyone interested in meeting the people who are working to make gaming more accessible.
All events are free to attend with registration to open in the new year – so mark your calendars now!

New this year! Our bigger, bolder, boss-level Women in Gaming Rally
At Xbox we believe every woman has a place in games – whether you’re a player, streamer, competitor or worker - women contribute every day to make our industry special. We’re inspired and want to celebrate all you do to make the games we love to happen – which is why we’re excited to announce that
we’re expanding the Women in Gaming event at GDC from a luncheon to a full-day Rally on Tuesday, March 20!
Held at the beautiful Contemporary Jewish Museum, just across the street from the Moscone Centre, we’re excited to host our biggest event yet in partnership with our friends from Ubisoft – we expect to welcome over 600 women from the industry to this year’s Rally. Join us during the day as we host a series of interactive discussions, workshops, and discussions by impactful women from across the industry. Later in the evening, we will wrap up the day with our keynote address and an evening reception in partnership with our friends from the Gaming & Disability community.
Game-Changer Scholarships are back! If you’re a woman currently enrolled in college or with less than 2-years’ experience in the games industry, you are eligible for a 2018 Game Changers scholarship. Selected winners receive a
GDC Conference + Summits pass to the GDC 2018, a ticket to the Women in Gaming Rally and dedicated mentoring at our networking opportunities with leaders from Xbox and the games industry.
