Rocket League Now Available On Xbox Game Pass

Scott Rudi, Game Director on Rocket League, discusses Rocket League coming to Xbox Game Pass.

Greetings, Xbox fans! It’s my pleasure to announce Rocket League is joining Xbox Game Pass today!

For those of you who haven’t seen Rocket League in action yet, imagine combining soccer with driving and then add some rocket boosters. You choose from a variety of customizable vehicles and then compete in the highest tiers of ranked play online, or just goof around with your friends — however you want to play. And when we say customizable vehicles, we mean it! There is an incredible amount of ways you can customize your car using a variety of toppers, flags, decals, boosts, and more!

For the players out there who are already a part of our dedicated and passionate community, thank you for continuing to make Rocket League a great multiplayer experience on Xbox One. As part of Xbox Game Pass, our current players can purchase our DLC for a discounted price, so now’s the best time to get the Rocket League DLC cars you’ve been waiting on.

I’ve been making games for over 20 years on many platforms and across many genres, and I can tell you that Rocket League is something special. The game captures the magic that got me playing video games in the first place when I was a kid — Rocket League is all about the fun! It’s fantastic to work with an incredible team of developers here at Psyonix, who love the game and pour their hearts into it every day.
