Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice Coming to Retail Stores on December 4

Just in time for the holidays, we’re excited to announce Ninja Theory’s critically-acclaimed Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is hitting shelves in retail stores on Dec. 4.

Since first launched, the game has taken over a million fans worldwide on a journey with Senua, a Celtic warrior who embarks on a haunting vision quest to save the soul of her dead lover from Viking hell. Created in collaboration with neuroscientists and people who experience psychosis, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice will pull you deep into Senua’s mind.

Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice will be sold at participating retailers for $29.99 and £24.99 on Xbox One. Players on Xbox One X can choose from three captivating modes: Enhanced Visuals mode offers extra FX and visual quality throughout the experience, High Framerate mode runs the game at 60fps, and High-Resolution mode runs the game with dynamic resolutions up to 4K.

Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice was awarded the winner of five 2018 BAFTA Games Awards, including Best British Game, Best Artistic Achievement, Best Game Beyond Entertainment, Best Performer and Best Audio Achievement. The 2017 Game Awards also honored Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice as winner of Best Audio Design, Best Performance and Best Game for Impact.
