As we’ve continued to expand the Jurassic World Evolution experience with updates and DLC we’ve given you the ability to have diverse parks full of the most authentic dinosaurs ever seen in a video game. Now I’m pleased to introduce the Herbivore Dinosaur Pack, which adds three distinct plant eaters.
When we look at adding new dinosaurs to the game we always listen to the requests from the community and think about the dinosaurs that offer something unique. So when we decided to create three new herbivores we knew that we needed to include the fan favourite Dryosaurus. With their powerful legs and stiff tail Dryosaurus are capable of achieving high speeds with surprising dexterity.
Nigersaurus is one of the stranger looking dinosaurs that we’ve introduced to your park, with their extremely wide jaw packed full of teeth, oversized eyes and long neck. The Nigersaurus is one of the smallest Sauropods discovered measuring 9 meters long with a head that stays low to the ground for grazing.
Homalocephale is definitely a favourite within the development team as one of the smaller and more endearing dinosaurs; the animation team have done an amazing job at bringing this dinosaur to life. The Homalocephale’s most interesting feature is a flat, wedge-shaped skull used as a tool for head-butting.
The other exciting piece of news is that that all Jurassic World Evolution players will receive a free game update today that introduces the ability to use any island in the Sandbox mode. Once you’ve unlocked an island you’ll be able to access a sandbox version that will allow you to fully customise your experience and creating the greatest parks so far.
Jurassic World Evolution: Herbivore Dinosaur Pack is available today for Xbox One on the Microsoft Store. It requires a full version of Jurassic World Evolution to play. Click here for purchase details.
