Free Play Days – The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, Cities: Skylines – Xbox One Edition, and The Surge

Summary

This weekend, we have some exciting games to announce for the Free Play Days event, including one that’s available to play for a week! The games will be available for Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members to download and play during the event duration.

Started from Wednesday, November 6 at 7:00 a.m. PST, The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited will continue to be available until Wednesday, November 13 at 7:00 a.m. PST.

Beginning today, Cities: Skylines – Xbox One Editionand The Surge are available from Thursday, November 7 at 12:01 a.m. PST through to Sunday, November 10 at 11:59 p.m. PST.

You can find and install the games here on Xbox.com. Click through will send you to the Microsoft Store, where you must be signed in to see the option to install with your Xbox Live Gold membership. To download on console, click on the Gold member area on the home dashboard on your Xbox One.

If you like what you’ve played and want to keep the fun going, you can purchase the games and other editions at a discount and continue playing while keeping your Gamerscore and achievements earned in-game during the event!

The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited

Experience a world without limits. In The Elder Scrolls Online, where you go, how you play, and who you become is entirely up to you, allowing you to explore freely everything Tamriel has to offer and play your way.  During the free play period, you can download the ESO base game and explore 24 unique zones (including the home of the Dark Elves, Morrowind), command four powerful classes, and experience amazing stories that take you all over Tamriel.

Once you created a new account and entered the game, you’ll also receive 500 Crowns free to spend in the in-game Crown Store on collectibles and useful items. If you’ve played in previous free play events, you’ll be able to continue your story right from where you left off.

Cities: Skylines – Xbox One Edition

Realize the thrill of being the mayor of a real metropolis in Cities: Skylines and build the city of your dreams. As part of Free Play Days, with the Cities: Skylines – Xbox One Edition, you will get access to the base game and the popular After Dark expansion.

The Surge

The Surge takes visceral melee combat to another level with dynamic limb-cutting and executions. After a cataclysmic event occurs during your first day at work, you’ll need to take a powerful exo-suit to escape an industrial complex gone haywire. From demented coworkers to rogue AI and nanomachine threats, The Surge will pull no punches.
