Free Play Days – Fallout 76, Soulcalibur VI, and DayZ

Jump in and brace for all the fun that awaits you in this weekend’s Free Play Day event! Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can play Fallout 76, Soulcalibur VI, and DayZ from Thursday, December 12 at 8 a.m. PST until Sunday, December 15 at 11:59 p.m. PST.

You can find and install the games here on Xbox.com. Click through will send you to the Microsoft Store, where you must be signed in to see the option to install with your Xbox Live Gold membership. To download on console, click on the Gold member area on the home dashboard on your Xbox One.

If you like what you’ve played and want to keep the fun going, you can purchase the games and other editions at a discount and continue playing while keeping your Gamerscore and achievements earned in-game during the event! Please note that discount percentage can vary by region.

Fallout 76

Interested in seeing how Fallout 76 has changed a year after launch, but haven’t had a chance to try it? Or maybe you already own the game and want to catch up to your friends before Wastelanders releases in 2020? Well during Free Play Days event, you’ll be able to play for free and receive Double XP on Xbox One. During the event, you’ll have access to the full game: Adventure Mode and Nuclear Winter. Players will be able to experience all of the latest updates to the game, like the ability to vote on maps in Nuclear Winter; a new Holiday Scorched event that will reward players with special gifts; a special holiday-themed Nuclear Winter challenge; and the free Santatron bot, available in the Atomic Shop.

Soulcalibur VI

It’s time to return to the stage of history in Soulcalibur VI. The latest entry in the premier weapons-based, 3D fighting game series continues the epic struggle of warriors searching for the legendary Soul Swords. Featuring an exciting roster of long-standing, iconic characters as well as special guest characters such as Geralt of Rivia from The Witcher, Soulcalibur VI is sure to ignite the souls of fans, new and old. Pick up a controller and bring more than your fists to the fight today!

DayZ

DayZ is a hardcore multiplayer survival game. The authentic, unforgiving experience offers no reprieve for players due to its permadeath concept. If players die – whether by zombies, hunger, disease, wildlife, an unfortunate soda can fight, or myriad other ways – they will have to start again from scratch. Venture into the huge terrain alone, group up with friends, or roll the dice and try befriending complete strangers. DayZ is all about surviving as long as you can, however you can.
