Xbox Insider Release Notes – Xbox App for Windows [2209.1000.38.0]

Hey Xbox Insiders! We have our first September update for the Xbox App preview.

We will continue to post these release notes, even when the noticeable changes are minimal, so you’re aware when updates are coming to the app. Details can be found below!

App Update Details:

• Xbox App version released: 2209.1000.38.0
• Gaming Services version released: 5.68.8001.0
• Available: 10:00 a.m. PT – August 18th, 2022

Fixes Implemented

Thanks to the hard work of Xbox engineers, we are happy to announce the following fixes have been implemented for this app update:

• This build integrates work that will support some exciting new features coming soon. The team are also preparing improvements and fixing bugs.
