Larry Hryb: Why, hello there.
Laura Massey: Hello.
Jeff Rubenstein: Hello. We're starting it slow.
Larry Hryb: We gotta go ... We're going a little down beat because we gotta save our excitement for E3, which is coming up in a couple weeks, so we are just kind of chilling and mellowing and doing our thing, but welcome to the show.
Laura Massey: Trying to remain calm.
Larry Hryb: Thank you for this.
Jeff Rubenstein: We are in a hot tub right now.
Larry Hryb: Thank you for listening to National Public Radio.
Jeff Rubenstein: (Laughter) The Delicious Dish.
Larry Hryb: This is show number 571 and thank you for joining us. Across the table from me is Jeff Rubenstein, hello Jeffrey.
Jeff Rubenstein: Ahh ... So good.
Larry Hryb: And of course, sitting across from Jeff, and next to me a little bit further away down is Laura, hello Laura.
Laura Massey: Hello.
Larry Hryb: Its nice to see you as always.
Laura Massey: I am far at the end of this table.
Larry Hryb: You are ... you are ... Its always nice to see you. Uh, we didn't have you last week, uh, where were you last week? Or last time?
Laura Massey: We didn't have a show last week.
Larry Hryb: We did a show a couple weeks ago. I know we did one without you recently.
Laura Massey: Yeah that was recently. I think I was ...
Jeff Rubenstein: It was a low point for the show.
Larry Hryb: Yeah.
Laura Massey: Aww.
Jeff Rubenstein: So say the viewers.
Larry Hryb: Oh, that's right, that's right. Jeff and I got ... We were like you ... Yeah, okay.
Laura Massey: I heard you went off the rails.
Larry Hryb: Yeah, its whatever.
Jeff Rubenstein: We haven't ... We don't even know where the rails are anymore.
Laura Massey: (Laughter)
Larry Hryb: But we're here, were getting ready for you ... This is just a little programming note, this is our final show before E3. Uh, this will be the last show, we will not have a show, uh, next week because ... Which is, for those of you that are listening to this on a time shifted manner, that is the week of the the 5th and 6th of June. We are going to be, uh .. Because I leave ... When, when you going down... Laura, you're not going this year.
Laura Massey: No, I cannot make it this year.
Larry Hryb: You've got projects back here to work on. Jeffrey, when you headed down to ...
Jeff Rubenstein: I'm headed down, uh, on the 9th of June
Larry Hryb: I'll be there on the 10th.
Jeff Rubenstein: Oh.
Larry Hryb: So we've got a bunch of, uh, prep work to do.
Jeff Rubenstein: Its a date.
Larry Hryb: Rehearsals, we have a bunch of fan fest stuff I'm going to on Saturday, very excited about that.
Laura Massey: Mm-hmm (affirmative).
Larry Hryb: Uh, hey, by the way, before I forget, um, if you go to my Twitter account, um, you heard of Twitter, right Jeff?
Jeff Rubenstein: No, what's this ... Is this ... Oh, the bird thing.
Larry Hryb: Yes, the bird thing. So, twitter.com/majornelson. If you go to the top you'll see my pin tweets. I've got one there that shows you where you can find me, of course my blog, you know what that is. Majornelson.com. Uh, Twitter of course ...
Laura Massey: You have a blog?
Larry Hryb: I have a blog!
Jeff Rubenstein: Doesn't ring a bell.
Larry Hryb: Its my little blog there. Uh, and then also I have a ... I'm on Snapchat, Laura. And ...
Laura Massey: Are you chatting with the snaps?
Larry Hryb: I am, I'm I'm doing the best I can.
Jeff Rubenstein: You need your own filter.
Larry Hryb: And insta ...
Laura Massey: Oh, I did see you send a Snapchat. A couple days ago, I haven't ...
Larry Hryb: Its funny is ... So ...
Laura Massey: I don't know how to use Snapchat.
Larry Hryb: Yeah, I know, Laura and I have kind of been going back and forth, she's like, I don't understand that! Why are people using this?
Laura Massey: So I should look at your Snap.
Larry Hryb: You don't have to.
Jeff Rubenstein: I look at it.
Larry Hryb: They, um, so I send them when I send them out I put them add them to my story. And then sometimes if they're ... If I think you, Jeff, or you, Laura, will be interested I'll send them directly to you as well as my story so they ...
Laura Massey: I see.
Larry Hryb: They're kind of pushed to you as opposed to you you pulling them.
Laura Massey: (Laughs)
Jeff Rubenstein: What would a m ...
Laura Massey: I cannot figure out how to watch this.
Jeff Rubenstein: What would a Major Nelson filter look like?
Larry Hryb: What would a ...
Jeff Rubenstein: I'm thinking, you know, some ... Some, uh, nice glasses. A crisp paisley shirt.
Larry Hryb: Oh, that was from a long time ago.
Laura Massey: Yeah, that was a long time ago.
Jeff Rubenstein: How is that even still ...
Larry Hryb: I thought it only had them on for a, a day.
Laura Massey: Oh, its still going. it must be your whole story which, again, tells you how much I know about Snapchat, which is very, very little.
Larry Hryb: That's when I'm back in Seattle.
Laura Massey: You're back in Seattle.
Larry Hryb: You ...
Jeff Rubenstein: I cannot believe it ...
Laura Massey: And then you broke your phone.
Larry Hryb: She hasn't checked this, she hasn't checked this for three weeks. Thanks, thanks Laura. Um, anyway, so yeah ... So check it out on Snapchat. I'll be doing a lot of cool Snapchat stuff for ... On my channel and then another channel as well.
Jeff Rubenstein: Hmm.
Laura Massey: What channel are you snapping on?
Larry Hryb: Uh ... You'll see.
Jeff Rubenstein: TBD.
Laura Massey: Oh, a secret channel.
Larry Hryb: Stay tuned. But, follow me on Snapchat and all of that stuff for ... Doing some stuff at E3, really looking forward to that, but before we get into some E3 news, I want to talk about kind of what we are ... What we're playing, and Laura, since you are, uh, you are, uh, the lady, I'll of course, I'll let you go first.
Laura Massey: Well, thank you, that's very kind.
Larry Hryb: I afford you all the courtesies that I can, as a dashing gentleman that I am.
Laura Massey: (Laughs)
Larry Hryb: My words, not yours.
Laura Massey: I will just blow right past that, and say thanks for letting me go first.
Jeff Rubenstein: There's nothing else to do.
Laura Massey: No. (Laughs) So, its been a super busy week for me.
Jeff Rubenstein: Yeah, you haven't replied that much, have you?
Laura Massey: Not too much. I did get a chance to, uh, get ahold of Overwatch, which I saw on Youtube.
Jeff Rubenstein: Yes.
Laura Massey: Which I am loving.
Jeff Rubenstein: Tearing it up.
Laura Massey: Yep, tearing it up. I have only jumped into a few games and I am not quite ready to do much just yet.
Larry Hryb: Are you doing AI?
Laura Massey: Yes, I am doing AI. I'm not quite ready to do multi-player just yet. But I am ...
Jeff Rubenstein: Sure you are.
Laura Massey: I don't know. It takes a little bit of learning ... Its, its a different type of game.
Larry Hryb: Well, you know there's twenty different heroes ... They've all got different ...
Laura Massey: I have to figure them all ... I'm just a detail oriented person, so I have to figure them all out before I (laughs) feel comfortable.
Larry Hryb: Yes, so what I did, is go into the versus the AI and they have box set up. And you can actually duck in and out of, like, the area to change your hero. So you don't have to, like, restart the game. So I've been ...
Laura Massey: Yeah, you can change in the middle of a game you don't have to ...
Jeff Rubenstein: You can ... Oh, you can do it in the middle of a game, without even going back in the thing.
Laura Massey: You can just go back to the starting area ...
Jeff Rubenstein: Oh, you can do that in regular, in regular or multi-player.
Laura Massey: That's good.
Jeff Rubenstein: I ... Its surprisingly friendly place, I'm going to put it that way.
Laura Massey: Okay. Its not too brutal yet?
Jeff Rubenstein: No, I've played with folks where its their first time, and you know what, its ... Its ... You find your role, and do that role. Its not about, um, you know, you're going to walk out of a door and get head shot at ... And be like, ugh. Its ... Its not that type of game.
Laura Massey: Good.
Jeff Rubenstein: You can do it, I have faith in you. [crosstalk 00:05:21] I think you're ready right now.
Laura Massey: Oh!
Jeff Rubenstein: I think you were born ready.
Laura Massey: What?! Yes! So, um, I will have to join your crew and be I think ...
Larry Hryb: Yeah, I played a little bit by myself and, uh, I got ... I posted it on Twitter, and boy people came after me.
Jeff Rubenstein: Were you using Bastian?
Larry Hryb: Yeah, because he's OP.
Jeff Rubenstein: That's why.
Larry Hryb: Yeah, I was like, ooh! That's right.
Laura Massey: People are ... They're ... He's a character in the game.
Larry Hryb: Well, I know but he's ... He's ...
Jeff Rubenstein: He ... He ... Its annoying ... You know, he's really not overpowered. I think it just took a little while for certain folks ... If you're new and you run into his meat grinder, yeah you're gonna not enjoy him. I'm that way with Torbjorn. I'm like, I hate this guy. But there's always a way. To figure out a way around him, I'm sure they all are balanced and there is some ...[crosstalk 00:06:03] Encounters to him, you just got to figure them out.
Jeff Rubenstein: Who are you using?
Laura Massey: I like the support classes.
Jeff Rubenstein: That's good. We need support classes.
Laura Massey: As you probably have guessed. And Mercy is my favorite.
Larry Hryb: See, Mercy was my favorite, too, but I just feel like I need to let you be Mercy because I am not a good Mercy. Not a good Mercy.
Laura Massey: (Laughs)
Jeff Rubenstein: Mercy is ... Is ... If Mercy is used effectively, she's great. But she's not easy to use well.
Laura Massey: No.
Jeff Rubenstein: Um, that's why I like Lucio, he's more like ... He's support, he heals people up
Larry Hryb: Lucio?
Jeff Rubenstein: Lucio.
Larry Hryb: That's a little Italian?
Jeff Rubenstein: Maybe. Yeah, yeah. Maybe.
Laura Massey: (Laughs)
Jeff Rubenstein: Straight out of, uh, jet ... Jet set radio future. But, um, but you don't need to have as much skill, because you're just sort of passive. As long as you're near people, you're automatically healing them. Not to the effect that Mercy can, Mercy is just, like, more advanced level.
Laura Massey: She just takes a while to get used to. There's a couple of different ways you can play with her, and especially with two Mercy's on the same team ...
Larry Hryb: Mm-hmm (affirmative). Right.
Laura Massey: I haven't figured that one out yet, like, how do you effectively use two Mercy's on the same team? I think that could be super powerful, but I'm not quite sure how yet.
Larry Hryb: Well, that's the beauty of the game. Lets figure it out.
Laura Massey: It could be some learning.
Larry Hryb: Lets figure it out.
Laura Massey: So, that's unfortunately all I've been able to get my hands on this ...
Larry Hryb: Well, that's a lot. I mean there's ... Its been a ... You know, as far as game releases, we always talk about things that are out now and we're always playing the hot newness, but there's a lot of great games that have been out for a while. Um, you know, I just, not that Doom has been out, but I finished up ... Did I finish up Doom by the last show? I cannot remember.
Laura Massey: Oh yeah
Jeff Rubenstein: No, you weren't out quite ...
Larry Hryb: That's right, because you you were stuck in the first level, you haven't had a chance to go to that, have you. You haven't gotten past the stuck part.
Laura Massey: No, but I have I have watched other people play it, and I think I can figure out how to get past the stuck part.
Larry Hryb: In other words, Larry, I don't need your damn help.
Laura Massey: (Laughs)
Jeff Rubenstein: Oh, but you were about 'mansplain' Doom?
Laura Massey: (Laughs)
Larry Hryb: No, I was ... I was ... I offered in the last show to help her, if you remember correctly.
Laura Massey: You did, you were very kind and offered your help.
Larry Hryb: So...
Laura Massey: You were very kind.
Larry Hryb: I didn't mean ... I didn't mean to paint you as a damsel in distress. I just wanted to help, that's all.
Laura Massey: You're very kind.
Jeff Rubenstein: You're a friendly man.
Larry Hryb: Yeah, that's all.
Laura Massey: So, did you finish Doom?
Larry Hryb: Yes, I did.
Laura Massey: Oh, okay. Congratulations.
Larry Hryb: Yeah.
Jeff Rubenstein: How was it?
Larry Hryb: I had a great time with it ... I just ... Its, you know, by the end you're like, oh this is fun, this is fun. You know, you've got all the weapons you're all .. You're all leveled up and you're just having a blast, so it was a lot of fun. The thing that disappointed me, though, was you know, if you're playing the super hard level you ... You, normally games would give you a ... An extra achievement if you finished the game on the hardest difficulty. This one only gives you a couple of aciev... Special achievements, if you finish specific levels.
Jeff Rubenstein: Oh.
Larry Hryb: At the superior difficulties.
Jeff Rubenstein: And then for the last level you just jack it all the way down ...
Larry Hryb: Superior difficulty, where did that come from? Superior? You know what that reminds me of? You know when I travel, I'm sure you stay there, Laura and Jeff.
Jeff Rubenstein: Oh, The W.
Larry Hryb: The W Hotels. You go to the W Hotels, which is a hotel chain here in the United States, and actually they are around the world. And when you check in, like, oh we have you in a delightful room. They're try... And I'm like, okay wait a minute. I don't care ... I don't care what you're calling it, how many square feet is it? How does it compare to the rest of them. I don't care if its wonderful, delightful ... Very special.
Jeff Rubenstein: I was in a wonderful room this weekend, I went down to see Kinda Funny Live. Uh, I think wonderful is as low as it goes.
Laura Massey: (Laughs)
Larry Hryb: Its, its like ...
Jeff Rubenstein: It was pretty small.
Larry Hryb: They're just trying to market it as such, and like don't ... Don't use those words with me.
Jeff Rubenstein: We've got an adequate room for you.
Larry Hryb: Yeah, exactly.
Jeff Rubenstein: Facing a wall and an air conditioning unit, and by the way, the person next to you likes to slam their door.
Larry Hryb: Yeah so the ... The the hotel you don't want to stay in, is when they describe the rooms like, you're in the loud room. You're in the dirty room.
Jeff Rubenstein: I'd appreciate the honesty. (Laughter)
Larry Hryb: So, anyway ...
Jeff Rubenstein: As long as its not the bed bug room, I suppose.
Larry Hryb: Oh, boy. I haven't haven't had a chance to do that yet and I'm glad ...
Jeff Rubenstein: Knock on wood
Larry Hryb: Knock on knock on [crosstalk 00:09:28] all right where were we? We are now ...
Laura Massey: You were playing Doom.
Larry Hryb: Playing Doom, uh, what else was I playing? Of course, playing Overwatch, always dipping my toe into Halo Five Guardians. Checked out a little Halo, excuse me, Homefront the Revolution, which Jeff, I know that you are dying to get into. You just haven't had a chance.
Jeff Rubenstein: I haven't had a chance to to go to Philly.
Larry Hryb: Yeah. Philly is, uh, pretty much as you had described.
Jeff Rubenstein: Perfect, perfect, uh, copy.
Larry Hryb: Uh, played a little bit of Rocket League. Uh, was you know ... Mirrors Edge Catalyst, Laura, I know ...
Laura Massey: Oh, yes.
Larry Hryb: You and I were going to do a stream, but you were so busy that we didn't book it because its available now in EA access.
Laura Massey: Oh, I see.
Larry Hryb: So we ... I was trying to get the stream lined up, but your schedule wasn't behaving.
Laura Massey: Sorry about that. Super busy.
Larry Hryb: Yeah. Are you looking at my ... My photo?
Laura Massey: Yes, I was looking at your face on the wall. Its just too distracting.
Larry Hryb: Well, there's a quote under there
Jeff Rubenstein: Oh, there's another, another one.
Laura Massey: Big frames picture of Larry's face on the wall.
Larry Hryb: I did not put that up, our editor put that up. We are in the studio and I'll ... We'll ... The quote is what really sells it. I gave him a quote, and apparently he loved the quote so much that I cannot share it here, because its a little ...
Laura Massey: Why, why is it there?
Larry Hryb: I, you know what, you'll have to ask the editor So, anyway.
Laura Massey: Sorry, it was really distracting me.
Larry Hryb: Yeah, I ...
Laura Massey: I see your face, and directly to the left of your face, is your face.
Larry Hryb: Yeah, I...
Laura Massey: On the wall.
Larry Hryb: I didn't realize how I'm sitting there. Anyway, uh, so we're talking about what we're playing, and that's kind of what I'm playing. Jeffrey, you're ... You finished up Dark Souls?
Jeff Rubenstein: Oh, yeah. That's right! I beat Dark Soul. I didn't think that was ever going to be something that I would be able to utter. Uh, I really loved it, um, I ... I found out that endings, uh, are ... Are not with the Dark Souls, uh, universe is known for having like really awesome ... It was like, oh that. Oh, that is it. Okay. But I guess it was about the journey. I'm happy that I did it, I don't know that I'm going to necessarily dive back into any of the previous ones, but I put in like ninety hours into that. That was my most played game this year. Very, very awesome and there ... There is something to it where once you get over the hump and it clicks for you, its just like, it became, like, manifest destiny. Like, I just have to get there, but I totally am going to finish this game and nothing can stop me.
Larry Hryb: Yeah.
Jeff Rubenstein: And I would like to thank all of the, the restless souls who jumped in to help me beat boss battles because I couldn't handle myself.
Larry Hryb: I watched you play it, and it looked like a lot of fun unfortunately I just never had a chance to dedicate that level of time ...
Jeff Rubenstein: Yeah, its just, its ...
Larry Hryb: Its an investment, Laura.
Laura Massey: Sounds like an investment.
Larry Hryb: Its a large, large investment.
Jeff Rubenstein: And while the ROI wasn't significant, it was worth the the destination.
Larry Hryb: Yes.
Jeff Rubenstein: Or the journey whatever. It was good. It was a good game. Uh, so I beat that and then after when ... I dove headlong into Overwatch and I am ... I didn't expect to like this game. I didn't really have a lot of, uh ... I wasn't really all that hyped up about it until I played it. And now I am, uh, a full on card carrying member of the Overwatch Evangelist Club.
Laura Massey: Oh, good.
Jeff Rubenstein: And helping other folks get into it. Its really fun.
Larry Hryb: You and I have played a couple of games together, and again, Laura, you are off the hook because you've been so busy. But, uh, I'm a little disappointed you didn't invite me to play with Sid.
Jeff Rubenstein: Oh well ...
Larry Hryb: (Laughs)
Jeff Rubenstein: I was down in the bay area this year, meeting with some of my old friends from, uh, a competitor, and they ... I was at their house, and was like oh, have you tried it yet? And they said no, and, uh, I was like, well why don't you load it up? And they loaded it up on their system. And ...
Larry Hryb: PlayStation.
Jeff Rubenstein: Yeah, and so I was just walking them through how to play. I did pick up the controller and I'm like, I am unfamiliar with the way this controller works
Larry Hryb: It feels ...
Jeff Rubenstein: I literally, I was like, my thumb is in the wrong place and I was like how about this, I'll tell you how to play.
Larry Hryb: Right.
Jeff Rubenstein: Its the exact same game across, you know, PC and console, and so ... And they, they got really into it, but ... So, you're doing the right thing, I would say Laura, by, um, trying a lot of different characters, like while its against the AI. Because what I've noticed I ... I very quickly fell into, I like Lucille, I like Farah, I like Diva ... Yeah, Farah, you can fly.
Laura Massey: Yeah.
Jeff Rubenstein: I mean, like, that's amazing and rocket launcher ... Um, very effective at times, um, but then for whatever reason, and I don't know why, I'm going to try Reaper. And by the way, the Reaper tweet, Twitter account, is like really amazing because ... So Reaper is a duel shotgun wielding dude ...
Larry Hryb: Lets add it to the show notes
Jeff Rubenstein: And, and there's sort of like a cliché ...
Laura Massey: He's amazing.
Jeff Rubenstein: Of, like, the people that, yes ,that use him all have names like Doom Killer 420 or something like that. That, that's sort of the cliché. So there's a whole Twitter account to people.
Laura Massey: He can cloak, right? He can cloak?
Jeff Rubenstein: He he can become sort of invisible and move faster, but he cannot shoot when he's that, so he can really get in there, fire away and duck back out. But just, like, point blank, their shotguns are great.
Laura Massey: They are great, the shotguns are really great.
Jeff Rubenstein: When Tracer runs right in front of you, who is so hard to hit, and you ...
Larry Hryb: We did a [crosstalk 00:13:56] one of the other guys here played against an entire team of Tracers.
Laura Massey: How did that go?
Larry Hryb: Not well.
Laura Massey: Okay.
Larry Hryb: It was just like, they were zipping around and we ended up, Jeff, Jeff your idea was to use ...
Jeff Rubenstein: So, if you sold your 76 when he does have a super that tracks on his ultra, then she cannot dodge you. And goes down very quickly. But you have to get to the point where you're using it so ...
Laura Massey: Have the ultimate ...
Jeff Rubenstein: Tracer can be a thorn in your side.
Laura Massey: Yes.
Jeff Rubenstein: Especially if you're using Bastian. Because she just comes right around you, and just you're gone in a second. I would say, when I'm using Bastian, the person who gets me the most, generally Tracer, and the second is probably Widow Maker, because he can be sniped. But, uh, yeah @reapernames is the Twitter. I'll put it in the show notes, but its, its very funny
Larry Hryb: All right, so other things we are playing, I need to get back into ... And this is a very ... This is a very dangerous thing. Fallout.
Laura Massey: (Gasps)
Larry Hryb: Because the mods are available.
Jeff Rubenstein: That's right.
Larry Hryb: For Xbox One owners
Laura Massey: Oh, my.
Larry Hryb: And I know that if I play Fallout, I may not finish the game exactly. Its, I ... I boot it up and it just, its like ... Its like putting on a, a, you know that comfortable sweatshirt you have, and you just don't want to take it off.
Laura Massey: Mm-hmm (affirmative).
Larry Hryb: And that's what this is like, so I know that if I boot it up that ill be in the wasteland for hours and hours and hours and hours.
Laura Massey: That sounds fun though.
Jeff Rubenstein: Uh, there was a video that was put on IGN about the way to use the mods.
Larry Hryb: Yes.
Jeff Rubenstein: So, um, if you want, I can link out to that.
Larry Hryb: Why not?
Jeff Rubenstein: Sure. Why not.
Larry Hryb: I know you're an IGN fan.
Jeff Rubenstein: But I was reading it, apparently, um, the mods are just incredibly successful and incredibly ... Like, the usage of them on Xbox One is just staggering.
Larry Hryb: Yeah. Pete Hines is a great friend of mine, and he is over there Bethesda, tweeted out how they ... Its like ten times as much as the PC or something ridiculous.
Laura Massey: That's great.
Jeff Rubenstein: It might have been fifty. But yeah.
Larry Hryb: Fifty, you're right I'm sorry. He tweeted it out, I re tweeted it. Its just crazy, Laura, crazy.
Laura Massey: That is crazy. That's nuts. Fantastic.
Larry Hryb: I need ... I saw ... Attention modding community, we need a Fallout mod that puts the show in that game.
Jeff Rubenstein: Maybe replaces the, uh, the silver shroud.
Larry Hryb: Yes.
Jeff Rubenstein: I ... I feel like if, if we were to be in that world of Fallout Boston, that you would have been the radio guy. That would have been you.
Larry Hryb: I would have been Mad Dog 2.
Jeff Rubenstein: (Laughs)
Larry Hryb: Remember Mad Dog from the first one?
Jeff Rubenstein: Ahh... yes, yes
Larry Hryb: Mad Dog was, like ... One of the earliest quests is when you go see Mad Dog. So you remember that.
Laura Massey: That's funny, yeah I do.
Larry Hryb: Ahh, all right, so that's what we are playing. We got a few news bits to go over, we don't have, er, we don't have any interviews this week, because everyone is focused on E3, of which I have been in, um ... You know, if you read the news last week ...
Laura Massey: I did read the news. I did see that you made some news.
Larry Hryb: Well, Jeffrey did as well.
Laura Massey: And executive Jeffrey was there.
Jeff Rubenstein: Yeah, uh, by the way, my coffee is getting cold here folks. Uh ...
Laura Massey: (Laughs)
Larry Hryb: By the way, your pay bucket is you know reflective of that title, correct?
Jeff Rubenstein: I don't ... I haven't seen the budgets yet.
Larry Hryb: (Laughs)
Jeff Rubenstein: Uh, I ... I ... I tried telling my boss that I'm her boss, and that, that went predictably well.
Laura Massey: (Laughs)
Jeff Rubenstein: Per the media.
Larry Hryb: Uh, anyways, so lets go through some of the headlines and then we'll, uh, like I said, just pretty quick show because we've got to get back to our E3 prepping of which ...
Laura Massey: Yes.
Larry Hryb: Its still happening. I mean, there is rehearsals going on right now and there is all sorts of cool stuff.
Jeff Rubenstein: Yeah, so great news out of, uh, Sweden. Minecraft land ... Minecraft, uh, revealed some sales numbers, and if everyone who bought Minecraft lived in a country, this would be the 12th largest country in the world.
Larry Hryb: Have you seen these numbers?
Laura Massey: I have not seen these numbers.
Larry Hryb: Its over 100 million.
Jeff Rubenstein: Over yeah, 106 million plus copies [crosstalk 00:17:16] that's amazing.
Laura Massey: Awesome. That is amazing.
Jeff Rubenstein: That's like 50 grand a day, since the beginning of the year. So, um, that is ... That is a lot of Minecraft. Kids, the kids like the Minecraft from what I hear.
Laura Massey: Oh, yes.
Jeff Rubenstein: So, um, that's...
Larry Hryb: Fifty thousand people per day, lets just put uh fine point on that.
Jeff Rubenstein: Yeah. Um, another world that I think you'd be anxious to go back into ...
Larry Hryb: In another world ... In a world ... Laura?
Laura Massey: In a world ...
Larry Hryb: Thank you.
Jeff Rubenstein: Uh, Witcher 3: Blood and Wine.
Larry Hryb: Oh, the Witcher. I told you where I am in that game, right? Last time I booted it up, I was ... I was naked in a spa.
Laura Massey: (Laughs)
Jeff Rubenstein: Yes! That's a great series of missions.
Larry Hryb: I went away from it and I came back in, and I'm like okay, start doing the mission and all of a sudden, I'm a woman and naked in a spa with a bunch of old ladies.
Jeff Rubenstein: And you said that, you have my attention.
Larry Hryb: Its true. Am I misrepresenting it?
Jeff Rubenstein: No, you are not.
Larry Hryb: (Laughs) There is no ... There is no hyperbole at all with what I just said.
Jeff Rubenstein: So, the thing that makes me want to dive back into the Witcher 3, besides the fact that I tragically somehow did not finish it, uh, well and that too. Apparently, they have redesigned all the UI and made it a lot smoother so, um, actually I had a dream about it last night. Now that I'm thinking, and that I couldn't find anything that I wanted. I'm sure its better than that.
Laura Massey: Your dreams are pretty good.
Jeff Rubenstein: I have very vivid video game dreams
Laura Massey: About video games, that's amazing.
Jeff Rubenstein: Yes, so uh, Blood and Wine is, uh, now available, right? Yes. Now available. And then, uh, also the Hogwild Wreck Drop is available in Halo Five Guardians. This is, as you can imagine, has four new wart hog variants.
Larry Hryb: Ooooh.
Jeff Rubenstein: And a new armor set.
Larry Hryb: We are looking forward to Firefight, aren't we?
Jeff Rubenstein: We are very much looking forward to Firefight.
Larry Hryb: God, I cannot wait for that.
Jeff Rubenstein: Uh, couple of games that have hit, Fragments of Him, Turn on one Piece, Burning Blood and the Dead Island Definitive Collection.
Larry Hryb: If you want a little tip here, so that's a lot of games coming out, if you ... If you like the names and I cannot remember what it looks like, I think I remember the trailer, every Friday all you need to do is look at this week on Xbox. Its a show that I host on your console, in many countries, many English speaking countries. Uh, or you can catch it on the Youtube channel.
Laura Massey: That's true, you are also on Youtube.
Larry Hryb: Youtube.com/Xbox and I put it on the blog, and here's another little tip, Laura ...
Laura Massey: Yes?
Larry Hryb: Assuming our, uh, our, uh, illustrious producer can keep the show under ten minutes, I post it to Twitter. The full show, because twitter only lets me upload videos that are ten minutes long or less. So I post the whole show up there
Laura Massey: How often does that happen?
Larry Hryb: Its only happened once, right? Its only happened once. We've gone over ten minutes so ...
Laura Massey: I see
Larry Hryb: So, its, its a good ...
Jeff Rubenstein: Its too much for the internet to handle.
Larry Hryb: Its too much. Too much for Twitter to handle, so, but either way, regardless of how long the show is you can always catch it on youtube/Xbox and you'll see a playlist there with all ... Every single show we've done.
Laura Massey: Oh, wow, that's great.
Larry Hryb: Every single show we've done, so ...
Laura Massey: How many shows has it been now?
Larry Hryb: Uh, we've been at it for over a year so we are now 55, 56. Something like that so.
Laura Massey: Did you do a year celebration?
Larry Hryb: You know we didn't because ...
Laura Massey: Okay.
Larry Hryb: We just it felt too self aggrandizing. It sounds like ...
Jeff Rubenstein: You know, I appreciate that, because not everyone has been paying attention and said, you know what this is about the 51st or 52nd episode of this show.
Larry Hryb: So, its just a little show that we like to do, so check it out if you can. Love to hear your feedback. Uh, hit me up on Twitter and let me know what you think of the show, you want more show, you want less show, or if you go into your dashboard, uh, in ... In the U.S. or in Canada, U.S., U.K., a few other countries. Its fully interactive, Laura.
Laura Massey: Interactive, what do you mean?
Larry Hryb: Well, thank you for asking. As I'm talking about games and trailers, sometimes it'll pop up and say just press A, and you can go right in to watch the additional trailer. You can go to a downloadable content and go to a game. So, its fully interactive. So, just look for my ugly mug in front of ... On your console, if you scroll down a little bit on the right side. So, I'm sorry, in advance, if you see my face there.
Laura Massey: (Laughs)
Jeff Rubenstein: I see your face on the Xbox all the time.
Laura Massey: I do, too. I see your face all the time.
Jeff Rubenstein: I just point to it, and I say that's Uncle Larry.
Larry Hryb: I had a weird scene where somebody like looked at me. I don't know where I was and this guy, because I had my hat on, and it was like a Saturday. I think it was like Home Depot or something, doing some work. A guy looked at me and said, you look familiar. And I just, I said nope! I don't know what you're talking about, so anyway. On the console. Why, what ... What else do we have for headlines?
Jeff Rubenstein: No, those are your headlines.
Larry Hryb: Those are the headlines, so we've got ...
Laura Massey: Have you, well have we talked about, like, free games with ...
Larry Hryb: Oh, you know what, Laura, if you have those up in front of you, I'll let you kind of talk about the ...
Laura Massey: I did see Jeff tweeted it out. Is it on your blog?
Larry Hryb: Its always on the blog. Well, you have to remember, when we announced them, we announce them like at the end of the previous month.
Laura Massey: I see, so it past.
Larry Hryb: Right.
Laura Massey: May 31st, this weeks deals and golden spotlight sale. Oh, there's some good deals. Look, Battleboard is on sale.
Larry Hryb: Yeah, its like 33 percent off.
Laura Massey: And that just came out and its on sale. That's great. There is a lot of awesome sales here.
Larry Hryb: You have the golden games yet? Scroll ... Just go to my blog at majornelson.com. Jeff has them, I believe its, uh ...
Laura Massey: I know that they were really good ones. Good games.
Larry Hryb: Its Super Meat Boy ...
Jeff Rubenstein: Super Meat Boy
Larry Hryb: Xbox 360. And is it the Crew on Xbox One?
Jeff Rubenstein: Uh, I think that is later in the month.
Larry Hryb: Oh, later in the month.
Jeff Rubenstein: Along with Xcom.
Larry Hryb: That's right, that's right. Um, so games with gold are, uh, you basically ...
Jeff Rubenstein: Oh, what's the other one? Argh! Driving me nuts.
Larry Hryb: You're going to get it sooner or later
Laura Massey: There it is, I found it. X games of gold for June 2016.
Larry Hryb: Laura, why don't you go ahead and read them off for us please?
Laura Massey: All right, so we got, oh yes that's right!!
Larry Hryb: (goat noises)
Laura Massey: That's the reason I remembered to say this is, yep. X box gold members can download goat simulator for free. [crosstalk 00:22:32]
Larry Hryb: That's right the Crew is later on
Laura Massey: The Crew will be available from June 16th to July 15th
Larry Hryb: And over on Xbox 360 we have ...
Laura Massey: We have Super Meat Boy, will be free through June 15th, and then on June 16th you gold members will be able to download Xcom and the Unknown, until June 30th.
Larry Hryb: And remember that both all those games will work on Xbox One with backward compatibility. Super Meat Boy will be available, so you can go ahead and download that and you're off to the races.
Laura Massey: That is a great tip.
Larry Hryb: Woohoo!
Laura Massey: Fantastic. That's a lot of games for free.
Larry Hryb: That is a lot of games for free.
Laura Massey: And some good ones, I really enjoyed Goat Simulator. I think I played that one more than (laughs) more than you guys realize. There's [crosstalk 00:23:08]
Larry Hryb: Are you a closet Goat Simulator fan?
Laura Massey: I might be. There is also a game, there is a mini game in there, where you can play soccer as a goat.
Larry Hryb: Are you the goat or are you the ball?
Laura Massey: You are the goat and you can kick a ball.
Jeff Rubenstein: And there's like a, there's a weird soccer reference to Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is like a famous player from Sweden, that when you score a goal, and it says it says 'better than Zlatan' or something like that.
Larry Hryb: That's, uh, that's esoteric.
Jeff Rubenstein: Very much so.
Larry Hryb: (Laughs) All right, we are gonna ... We are gonna take a break here, we've got Name the Game, Laura. Right, you've got, and by the way, I've got to tell you, if you look by ... If you look on the table behind us, look at all that stuff that they are going to win this week, so we are going to ...
Jeff Rubenstein: It is buckling,
Larry Hryb: It is buckling. We'll go what, what, what, what does the winner win this week? You are going to finds out right after the flip.
(Break) (Game Noises)
Laura Massey: So that was Name the Game from a couple weeks ago, and it was a pretty easy one. It was Doom.
Larry Hryb: Doom.
Laura Massey: And I've got the winner here, we chose a random person who got that correctly, and the winner is Caleb from Indiana.
Larry Hryb: Yep.
Laura Massey: His gamer tag is Dizzyhero.
Larry Hryb: Dizzyhero!
Laura Massey: Dizzy space hero. Congratulations, Caleb!
Larry Hryb: We gotta go for heroes.
Laura Massey: We do, its been a while [crosstalk 00:24:48]
Jeff Rubenstein: Its been a long time.
Laura Massey: Its summer time now [crosstalk 00:24:50]
Larry Hryb: Anyway, so what did the ... What did the, what did Caleb win? Did you see that stuff, why don't you ...
Laura Massey: There is so many things on this list.
Larry Hryb: All right, why don't you go ahead and tick it off.
Laura Massey: The first stuff he's won is a bunch of games, he's won a copy of Mirrors Edge Catalyst.
Larry Hryb: So, I want you to point out ... So for those listening right now, what I'm doing is I'm holding them up with my hands, so I'm kind of merchandising them for you.
Laura Massey: Imagine Larry holding these games in his hand, and he's doing his Vanna White.
Larry Hryb: Okay, what do you got?
Laura Massey: Also, he has won a Fragments of Him and Among the Sleep. Oh my gosh, I cannot believe this, not only has he won a ton of games ...
Larry Hryb: Yes ...
Laura Massey: But he's also won a Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma headset.
Larry Hryb: Yeah, look at this thing, its beautiful.
Laura Massey: Fantastic, a big massive headset.
Jeff Rubenstein: Kraken sized.
Laura Massey: Kraken sized, haha.
Larry Hryb: You've been waiting for that, haven't you.
Jeff Rubenstein: Release the Kraken.
Larry Hryb: So you [crosstalk 00:25:34]
Laura Massey: He was ready for that.
Larry Hryb: And?
Laura Massey: And that's not all, one more thing, is the Razer Wildcat gaming controller.
Larry Hryb: Yeah, so this is ...
Laura Massey: You got a headset and a controller from Razer.
Larry Hryb: Its a custom, uh, Razer, or its a Razer controller that they have licensed for Xbox One and it works on PC as well.
Laura Massey: It does, it works on Windows 10.
Larry Hryb: So, thank you, thank you to our good friends at Razer they, um, they were able to do that. In fact, I went down to the Razer store and we'll ... I'll talk about that after we do ...
Laura Massey: Oh should we do another Name the Game now?
Larry Hryb: Yeah, we are going to do that. So people heard all that stuff and they're like, wait a minute, how do I get in on that?
Laura Massey: Exactly.
Jeff Rubenstein: How do I get all those animals?
Larry Hryb: How do I ... How do I get all those games and the stuff, wait a minute. Major Nelson is giving away stuff, I want free stuff. Okay. Laura, how do they win?
Laura Massey: Okay. Its pretty simple. All you have to do is listen to this sound clip that I'm about to play.
Larry Hryb: Mm-hmm (affirmative).
Laura Massey: And identify what game the sounds are from, and then simply just send us an email and random, we will choose a random winner.
Larry Hryb: Yeah.
Laura Massey: So people who get it correct, and you could win fabulous, fabulous prizes.
Larry Hryb: Its really simple, so you've already done the hardest part.
Laura Massey: Which is ...
Larry Hryb: Listening to the show!
Laura Massey: And getting to this point of the show.
Larry Hryb: But, right now we are going to play a clip and then on the other side we are going to tell you what to do. You ready, Laura?
Laura Massey: I am ready, lets play the clip
(video game clip plays)
All right, so that is Name the Game for this week. Again, it is a game from Xbox One, Xbox 360 and any of the DLC that's on Xbox 360, Xbox One. It is not from an unreleased game.
Larry Hryb: Or demo.
Laura Massey: Or demo. Or trial. It has to be released so that you can purchase it.
Larry Hryb: Yep. There you go
Laura Massey: So very simple.
Larry Hryb: So roll back, listen to it, and if you think you know what it is, this is what you do.
Laura Massey: You just send us an email, send me an email at [email protected] and cc [email protected]
Larry Hryb: That's it.
Laura Massey: And that's all you have to do!
Larry Hryb: Yep.
Laura Massey: If you want to, you can include your name and where you're from, we always like to know where our listeners are from.
Larry Hryb: And if we can use your name on the air, if you want it used on the air, that's fine. It will not disqualify you from being considered, as long as you answer correctly, you could win.
Laura Massey: That's right, and we'll pick a random winner and reward fabulous prizes.
Larry Hryb: It feels like we are making it more confusing than it actually is, just email us, okay.
Laura Massey: Email us [crosstalk 00:28:02]
Larry Hryb: Are you staying long? So, uh, which one of these is not unlike the third one? I hated those not unlikes when I was with the standardized testing.
Laura Massey: Oh, really?
Larry Hryb: I hated them.
Laura Massey: I thought they were really good puzzles.
Jeff Rubenstein: Wait, not unlike? That's like a double negative
Larry Hryb: Right! That's what I'm saying!
Jeff Rubenstein: Why are they always trying to trick you?
Larry Hryb: Right! Right!
Jeff Rubenstein: They should be helping.
Larry Hryb: Why, what are they trying to test me? Maybe, haha. So, that's so that's Name the Game, thank you, Laura. Got a bunch of stuff there, uh ...
Laura Massey: Should we talk about your Razer trip?
Larry Hryb: Oh yeah, thank you for reminding me. Yeah, I went down to Razer, the brand new Razer store.
Laura Massey: Yeah, awesome.
Larry Hryb: Min-Liang and I ...
Jeff Rubenstein: Where's that?
Larry Hryb: That is in San Francisco which is, uh, downtown Westfield Center right, that's the name of it?
Jeff Rubenstein: Oh yes, yes.
Larry Hryb: Which Jeffrey has informed me...
Laura Massey: Mm-hmm (affirmative)
Larry Hryb: Has one of the most upscale food courts he's ever been too.
Jeff Rubenstein: And its right across the street from one of the largest parking garages in the bay area.
Larry Hryb: It is? Where is that?
Jeff Rubenstein: Fifth and Mission, its right there.
Larry Hryb: Oh, I didn't realize that was ...
Jeff Rubenstein: Its on the other side, yeah.
Larry Hryb: Yeah, okay, its actually, because this is facing Fifth, I believe.
Jeff Rubenstein: Uh ...
Larry Hryb: The Razer store
Jeff Rubenstein: Oh, okay.
Larry Hryb: Because it ... It faces ... Its at ... The entrance is, its on that sign, there's actually a store entrance right on Fifth.
Jeff Rubenstein: Oh, cool [crosstalk 00:28:59]
Larry Hryb: So, anyway, I went down there, Min-Liang, who is their CEO, asked me to come down and help them open the store. So we opened the store, and its a beautiful store, its ... Its not massive, but you can get your hands on all of the Razer gear and take a look at it. And, of course, if you want to buy anything you can buy a few things there, but you can go upstairs to the Microsoft store, as well, if you want to buy some more stuff, so ...
Jeff Rubenstein: I do like the Razers. They make a nice computer.
Larry Hryb: Yeah, I ... So I, in fact, have a Razer Stealth, which I don't have with me, Laura.
Laura Massey: Mm-hmm (affirmative)
Larry Hryb: Its a smaller laptop that they have, their little tiny laptop, which connects to the core so I'll do, I'll do, I'll talk about that in a future show. I've got a bunch of stuff to ... I'm working on some cool stuff.
Laura Massey: You sure are. You always are.
Larry Hryb: I've got some really cool stuff I'm working on, so, but anyway. Razer store was a lot of fun, thank you to the thousand people or so that showed up there.
Laura Massey: Awesome.
Jeff Rubenstein: Did you see the new Razer Blade with, like, the different Chroma keyboard? Ahh! [crosstalk 00:29:45] It just looks so cool!
Larry Hryb: Laura, should I tell the other part of that story?
Jeff Rubenstein: There's another part?
Larry Hryb: Yeah.
Laura Massey: I don't know.
Larry Hryb: Where I win ... Okay, so I'll tell a little bit. So, the Apple store opened a couple of, uh, the new Apple store opened a couple blocks away. And ...
Laura Massey: Yeah, you sent me a picture.
Larry Hryb: And I walked up there, and I'm standing there outside the Apple store, because I had, like, a break. So, for like 15 minutes I just ran up there and wanted to see, because its a beautiful store, they make beautiful stores. And I'm standing out in the front, Jeff, and I'm minding my own business, and I look to my right and there is John Ivy! The head designer ...
Jeff Rubenstein: Johnny Ive?
Larry Hryb: Yes, Johnny Ive, I get a picture, I say Johnny. Is that the way it is? I cannot say john?
Laura Massey: I don't know?
Larry Hryb: Anyway, he was over there and I tried to go over and chat with him, but he had his security people in and didn't ... He was having none of that. So anyway, it was a nice, beautiful time in downtown San Francisco. Go check out the brand new Razer store. Westfield center, get your Razer on, they make great stuff and thank you Min-Liang and the entire staff at Razer for inviting me down to be a part of it!
Laura Massey: That sounds like a good trip.
Larry Hryb: Yeah, it was a lot of fun, so thank you for that.
Jeff Rubenstein: I need to go to that store.
Larry Hryb: You do. Are you going down to the bay area any time soon?
Jeff Rubenstein: Yeah, actually after E3, so ...
Larry Hryb: Are you?
Jeff Rubenstein: Yeah, well you know me. My rest and relaxation and five dollar cups of coffee. That's what they do there.
Larry Hryb: I know.
Laura Massey: Oh, okay.
Larry Hryb: I believe ... Its funny because I believe I was texting you about some of the, uh, what I was running into when I was down there.
Jeff Rubenstein: Oh, yeah.
Larry Hryb: It was a lot of fun.
Jeff Rubenstein: Yeah San Francisco, the home of $8.00 toast. Its not worth $8.00, because its toast. [crosstalk 00:31:08]
Larry Hryb: But I think its buttered on both sides.
Jeff Rubenstein: Well that is ...
Larry Hryb: Something. I don't know ...
Jeff Rubenstein: Real creamery butter
Larry Hryb: I don't know if its ... what other kind of butter is there?
Jeff Rubenstein: Real tomato ketchup, Larry?
Larry Hryb: (Laughs) There's the National Lampoon there. Anyway, uh, Laura ...
Laura Massey: Yes, Larry? So you back on track?
Larry Hryb: So, we're back on track, you're not going to [crosstalk 00:31:27]
Laura Massey: No, never.
Larry Hryb: You're not going to be able to join us at E3, so you will be missed, uh, but don't worry about it.
Laura Massey: How can I watch?
Larry Hryb: Xbox.com/E3, you can watch everything there. Uh ...
Laura Massey: Can I watch from my console?
Larry Hryb: You can watch it, absolutely, in ... In fact, here's the funny part. Programming note, another programming note, this week on Xbox, we are not going to have one next week, so the week before e3 and the week of e3, we are not going to have any this week on Xbox. Sorry in advance, but its okay because I'm doing, uh, I'm doing, uh, two daily shows and a bunch of other stuff. But the same player, the same interactive player that you use, that you've been watching my shows for the past year, you're going to use that! You don't have to download anything.
Laura Massey: Oh fantastic.
Larry Hryb: You just go straight in so, so that's ... That's what you need to know.
Laura Massey: Will there be a link on the dashboard?
Larry Hryb: Oh, there will be lots of links. Uh, and I'll be tweeting a link out if you're not able to sit in front of your console, it will be available as an archive later on. So, if you're at work, or at school, or if you've gone fishing, or you're changing the tires in your car, or you're re-shingling your roof ...
Jeff Rubenstein: Or you're just in a different time zone.
Larry Hryb: Or you're just in a different time zone and you really want to sleep, then that ... Oh, sorry ... A little bit, I had a little bit of a cold there which I'm glad because ...
Jeff Rubenstein: Get it out now.
Larry Hryb: I want to get it out.
Laura Massey: Yeah, get it out
Larry Hryb: You know, I got to do these live shows, Laura, and you notice, like, doing live TV it is ... Its very stressful. I got people barking in your ear, and people are, you know, the producers are yelling at you, and anyway, so you don't care. But I'm just going to put on a good show for you guys, I've got some great , I've got some great wardrobe.
Laura Massey: Oh!!
Larry Hryb: That's all I'm going to say.
Jeff Rubenstein: Purple? Any purple?
Laura Massey: Looking forward to the wardrobe.
Larry Hryb: Maybe.
Jeff Rubenstein: I want purple.
Larry Hryb: Maybe, um ...
Jeff Rubenstein: You look great in purple.
Larry Hryb: Anyway, xbox.com/e3 is where you can track everything, of course. If you want to follow me on Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, all that other stuff we talked earlier, you'll be living it through me as well. And all the fan fest events we've got something Saturday, we've got some stuff Sunday. We are going to have stuff Monday. Its its going to be spectacular.
Jeff Rubenstein: I'll just put the details in the show notes.
Larry Hryb: And I don't know if I'm able to talk about this, yet.
Laura Massey: What?
Larry Hryb: Oh, what the hell.
Jeff Rubenstein: Sharpen your pencils, aspiring bloggers.
Larry Hryb: Yes, exactly! Oh, bloggers! (taps microphone) Are you listening? Um, I'm going to be on ... I know Geoff Keighley does a show every year, and I believe I'm going to be appearing on that.
Jeff Rubenstein: TV's Geoff Keighley?
Larry Hryb: TV's Geoff Keighley. Yes. The game awards, Geoff Keighley. He's teaming up with Youtube and I ... I have something on my, as they say in the U.K. because it sounds proper, my diary.
Laura Massey: Your schedule?
Larry Hryb: My diary or my schedule. So, I have (laughter) I have something there, I have something in my outlook that says I need to be there. I don't know what it is but I know I'm going to be on with Geoffrey, so looking forward to it.
Laura Massey: That should be fun.
Jeff Rubenstein: That's a world premier of your own, right there.
Larry Hryb: Yeah, I mean I, have, I have no idea why I'm going on, but he asked me to come on, so I'm going to come one.
Jeff Rubenstein: Maybe Punditry? You can get in there ...
Larry Hryb: I don't know, you know Geoff, he's always, he, he ... the bar to get on his show is pretty high so I must ...
Jeff Rubenstein: I do not even see that bar.
Larry Hryb: I must have done something.
Jeff Rubenstein: Several ladders would have to be scaled on a cherry picker
Larry Hryb: If you're going to be at E3 I'd love to see you. If you see me, just walk up and say hello. I'd love to say hello to you guys and girls that are there. We are really excited about it this year, we have a lot .. Jeff, do you want to talk about what we're going to show since they're going to make headlines out of it? (laughter) Or Laura, how about you, you want the headlines this week?
Laura Massey: Oh goodness gracious. Not this week.
Jeff Rubenstein: Ahh. Are we going to do a show from E3? Do we want to ...
Larry Hryb: I'd like to, its kind of weird because again, Laura is not there. Um, we like having you on the show, Laura.
Laura Massey: That's good. We can do a hangout.
Larry Hryb: Ooh! Well done, we haven't done one of those in a long time.
Laura Massey: Its been a long time.
Larry Hryb: That's right. Jeff is looking ...
Laura Massey: More than a year maybe?
Larry Hryb: Yeah, maybe we can. We'll do something maybe, at the very least well do at least a hangout one night, like maybe that Wednesday night after I'm exhausted. [crosstalk 00:34:52] Because my, my, yeah. The live shows are Tuesdays and Wednesdays where its, uh, its not just like I walk on, it actually starts ... Like prep starts at 8 am because its a live show and you have to make sure everything works and then ... So anyway, so yeah, we'd totally love to do a hangout or something along those lines. I'll be doing a Facebook live thing so if you follow me on Facebook, uh, then I'll just pop up in your feed and start talking. Talking at you.
Laura Massey: Yep. Fun, we'll figure it out.
Larry Hryb: I hear the music, somebody cued the music, so that must mean the show is coming to an end. I will, uh, let you guys go. I will see you at E3 in a couple weeks, Jeffrey and I will be down there. Laura will be back here holding down the fort.
Laura Massey: I'm gonna hold down that fort.
Larry Hryb: Thank you guys for tuning in and listening and we'll talk to you guys very soon. Do you guys have anything else you want to say?
Jeff Rubenstein: See you from LA.
(music plays)
