Thanks for your participation in the Crackdown 3 Wrecking Zone Technical Test!

Hello Xbox Insiders!

The Xbox Insider Program and the Crackdown team would like to thank you for your help with the Wrecking Zone Technical Test. There are a lot of amazing games you can spend time playing, and we are grateful many of you chose to spend some time helping us further prepare Crackdown 3™ for its release!

Your involvement in this Technical Test has been vital to the progression of Crackdown 3™. All your feedback and the data we received will be reviewed and put to good use – in some cases it already has! Below you will find a high-level list of issues we got a jump on fixing thanks to you.

  • HDR bugs: The game will no longer occasionally show up as a big black void on 4K HDR screens.
  • Multiple network errors: You helped us identify various network errors, and we were able to fix many for launch.
  • Matchmaking and stability improvements: This one is fairly obvious since it WAS a server test after all, but we got a ton of great info from you.
  • Party Support: We heard you, and are pleased to be adding party support in a future update! We will need your help testing this, so please watch for an announcement in the Xbox Insider Hub and on social media letting you know it’s time to update and check out the new feature.
