Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s Final Content Update, The Last Chapter, Out Now

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s final narrative update, The Last Chapter, is available now for all Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S players. Now that Eivor has forged their alliances and established a strong foothold for their clan, it’s time for them to reconcile their visions of Odin. On this free, final journey, Eivor will reunite with old friends and foes in the conclusion of their story. Players can also embark on the new Shared History quest, which introduces Eivor to Basim’s mentor Roshan (voiced by the Emmy-winning actress Shohreh Aghdashloo).

The Last Chapter launches as part of Title Update 1.6.2, which introduces a host of new features to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, including the option to always have your hood up, regardless of your activity. A weekly free premium item will also now be offered in the Animus store, which will also feature a weekly rotation of all non-licensed premium cosmetic items. While we’re on the topic of cosmetic items, festival rewards will now be offered for sale at all merchants across England for those who have completed the “The First Night of Samhain" quest as part of the Glowecestrescire arc. Festival items can be purchased with silver. Finally, Title Update 1.6.2 adds a host of bug fixes to ensure a smoother experience for all players.

Eivor’s story has come to its conclusion, but that doesn’t mean your time with Assassin’s Creed Valhalla needs to.
