A New Report a Problem Experience Is Available to Xbox Insiders Starting Today!
We’re excited to bring improvements to Report a Problem with this update, including a new feature that will make it easier than ever to submit feedback! With this update, you can now scan a QR code with your mobile device and submit your feedback directly from there. This feature is available to all Xbox Insiders who want to participate!
Your feedback on this feature is incredibly valuable and we can’t wait for you to try it out.
How to Participate
- On your Xbox console sign-in and launch the Xbox Insider Hub app (or install the Xbox Insider Hub app from the Store first if needed)
- Navigate to Previews > Report a Problem
- Select Join
- Wait for the registration to complete to be directed to the Store, your console should then have an update for the Report a Problem app.
- Note: If the app update doesn’t install automatically, reboot the console and navigate to My Games & Apps>Manage>Updates to check and see if the app update is available to install.
Take the “Report a Problem Feedback” Quest
Once you have joined Report a Problem via the Xbox Insider Hub and updated the app, we would greatly appreciate you taking the time to complete the “Report a Problem Feedback” Quest. Quest data is one of the key sources of feedback for the program and we are grateful for your time spent completing them. When going through the Quest steps, please be sure to select “RAP Quest” as the subcategory.
