We’re excited to invite all Xbox Insiders on Xbox Series X consoles to join a new update preview for the Netflix app! This update includes performance improvements for the app and we are excited to get your feedback. Particularly, we are interested in getting feedback should you run into any issues with frame drops, stuttering, or anything else related to playback.
How To Participate:
- Sign-in on your Xbox Series X console and launch the Xbox Insider Hub app (or install the Xbox Insider Hub from the Store first if necessary).
- Navigate to Previews > Netflix.
- Select Join.
- Wait for the registration to complete to be directed to the Store and install Netflix!
NOTE: This preview is only available on Xbox Series X consoles.
How to Provide Feedback:
If you experience any issues while using the Netflix app, particularly with frame drops, stuttering, or anything else related to playback, don’t forget to use “Report a problem” so we can investigate:
- Hold down the home button on your Xbox controller.
- Select Report a problem.
- Select the Apps category and Netflix subcategory.
- Fill out the form with the appropriate details to help our investigation.
